Make the introduction
Fill out the introduction form with your contact information and the landlord you're referring. That's your entire job. RGroup takes it from there.

We take it from there
Our property management team reaches out, schedules a property review, presents a management proposal, and handles the full onboarding — start to finish.

Your credit is approved
Once the referred landlord signs a Property Management Agreement and their property is active under management, your $500 Property Wellness Credit is approved.

Completes onboarding as an active client
Signs a Property Management Agreement
Licensed real estate agents are not eligible under this program. Agent referrals are handled through a separate licensed agent referral program. One credit issued per referred landlord relationship unless otherwise approved in writing.

The $500 Property Wellness Credit is a client appreciation benefit, not a commission or real estate referral fee. It has no cash value, is not transferable, and is subject to broker approval. It is earned only after the referred landlord signs a Property Management Agreement, the property is onboarded, and RGroup Realty begins active management, and must be used toward approved services within 12 months of issuance. One credit per referred landlord relationship unless approved in writing. RGroup Realty reserves the right to determine eligibility, approve or deny credits, and modify or discontinue the program at any time.
